What to expect

Touch & Connection Workshop with Kyron.

This extended 3-hour session builds upon the foundations introduced in Kyron’s 90-minute workshop. Designed for those who wish to go deeper, this immersive experience revisits key tactile concepts and expands them with more time for exploration, integration, and connection.

You’ll be guided through a richer sequence of partner stretches, trust-building games, sensory play, acro-therapeutic movements, and floor-based massage techniques—all with more space to slow down, tune in, and embody the work.

Ideal for returning participants or those ready to dive straight into a fuller journey, this workshop creates space to give and receive, share, play, and unwind. Come solo or with a friend or partner—Kyron holds a warm, welcoming environment that invites presence, curiosity, and deep rest.

No prior experience necessary.
