movement for seniors
Ageing does not have to be synonymous with decreased freedom or increased discomfort; it can be joyful and empowering on all levels. We offer dedicated movement classes and programs for seniors to help them realise that possibility, get out of pain, rehabilitate old injuries, retain their youthfulness, enhance their vitality and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Our movement classes are practical, fun and accessible for everyone. And we really mean that — anyone of any age can participate, regardless of what restrictions they may face, and everyone who participates reports experiencing benefits from their first class.

how to get involved
We run dedicated movement classes for seniors, called ‘longevity classes’, in our Campbell studio on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10.30am to 11.30am. Newcomers are welcome in every class with no exceptions. If you’d like to come along and give it a try, click here to register as a newcomer and join on in whichever upcoming class suits your schedule.
If you’re interested in arranging dedicated classes for your aged-care facility, community centre or group of friends, we also have a couple of slots left in our weekly schedule for private group sessions. Please contact us at info@praksis.com.au to register your interest or for more information on any of our work with seniors.
