movement for seniors

Ageing does not have to be synonymous with decreased freedom or increased discomfort; it can be joyful and empowering on all levels. We offer classes to help seniors realise that possibility, get out of pain, rehabilitate old injuries, retain their youthfulness, enhance their vitality and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Our movement classes are practical, fun and accessible for everyone. And we really mean that — anyone of any age can participate, regardless of what restrictions they may face, and everyone who participates reports experiencing benefits from their first class.

how to get involved

We run dedicated movement classes for seniors, called ‘longevity classes’, in our Campbell studio on Wednesdays from 10.30am to 11.30am. Newcomers are welcome in every class.
