Arabella Fisher

Arabella's exploration of movement began on the yoga mat, where she discovered a deep appreciation for the transformative power of intentional practice. This foundation led her to complete her 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, cultivating greater curiosity about the intricacies of the human body. Driven by a desire to further understand how movement impacts both physical function and overall well-being, Arabella became a dedicated student of anatomy.

A forever student, Arabella continually seeks to expand her knowledge through formal education, practical experience, and her own movement explorations. She currently works as a Remedial Massage Therapist and is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.

Arabella's connection with Praksis began in 2022 as a student, drawn to the studio's innovative and exploratory approach to movement. Training at Praksis provided new challenges, broadening her understanding of strength, coordination, and adaptability. Now, as a teacher, she finds joy in guiding others through a similar journey of discovery. She is passionate about helping students build confidence in their bodies, refine their movement skills, and unlock new possibilities.

Committed to fostering a supportive and encouraging environment, Arabella empowers her students to move with intention, embrace challenges, and cultivate their own innate curiosity.
